Okay...so we're down to two candidates I didn't count on seeing at the end. There's Jen, the manipulator, and Kelly, the "look at me in my underwear" candidate. I have no problem with Jen using her talents to get her this far (what a witch Ivana was...jealous for sure about Jen's looks). Her talents include manipulating and using whatever means necessary to get what she wants. The problem I see for her tonight is that she actually has to run a team. That's harder than sitting on the sidelines and directing traffic. I didn't like Kelly from the start...not quite sure I can put my finger on it, but I didn't. The weekly scramble to answer the phone so he could show us his parade of undergarments was obvious. Oh yea, and pathetic. I think Jen is shrewd. Her poker face (and perceived lack of personality by jealous competitors) can be an asset. But can she schmooze and crack a smile when she needs to? I don't know. And can Kelly get over himself and actually do what's best for his employer? As little as I like him, I think I'd have to pick him for the job.
That having been said, I imagine there are hundreds of hours' worth of footage on the cutting room floor. We're shown what they want us to see. And maybe there are some surprises yet to come.

Confidential to Raj: different is good. Outlandish and womanizing is bad. Puberty should have passed; grow up. You're probably really, really smart. But losing as a PM in your own line of work should be a wake up call. Start taking some salt peter and get back to work!
Confidential to Maria: you're hip and smart AND good at what you know. But you need to face the fact that your expressions (those twitchy eyes!!!!) will not help you out in the business world.
Confidential to Ivana: your petty jealousy is going to keep you from going places. The constant catty comments about female competitors's looks betray you. You're jealous and nothing else. And dropping your skirt? Talk about hypocrisy. And low class!
Lastly, confidential to Sandy: don't let anyone give you a hard time about not going to college. The only people who care are those who are trying to justify the massive amounts of dough their parents spent on their education. (For the record, I went to college and it's contributed about 1% to my success. What makes you successful is drive and determination and rolling up your sleeves to get the job done.)
